
Attachment styles describe how people tend to think, feel, and behave in close relationships, based on early experiences with caregivers. They are grouped in 4 types: Secure, Anxious, Avoidant-Fearful, Avoidant-dismissive. It is imperative for us to learn these styles, learn how to identify ours and those of the people we are in a relationship with. There will be also some practical steps on how to start the healing journey of each style.
