Theme: Rediscovering Your Self
This session, guided by Mawada Alwazir, invites participants to pause and reconnect with themselves. It is a space to explore what truly needs your focus, uncover the emotions quietly steering your decisions, and recognise the subtle ways you may be holding yourself back. Through this reflective journey, the conversation aims to help you shift from self-sabotage to self-empowerment.
Table Focus
The gathering will centre on the Positive Intelligence Assessment, shared with participants in advance, as a tool to spark self-awareness. Together, we will use practical methods to narrow down priorities to three key areas, explore simple techniques to notice and name the emotions influencing daily choices, and engage with powerful guiding questions designed to awaken your inner hero. The table offers both a reflective mirror and a roadmap, encouraging each participant to leave with clarity, focus, and renewed self-belief.

The Questions :
These can be placed as conversation starters:
- What area of your life feels most in need of attention right now?
- Which emotions show up most often for you—are they helping or holding you back?
- In what ways do you feel you might be sabotaging your own progress?
- What does your “inner hero” look like—and when was the last time you felt connected to her?
- If you could focus on only 3 things this season, what would they be?
- What small daily choice could shift your emotional state toward empowerment?
- How can self-awareness become a practice, not just a reflection?
